"I came to Doug Zenaida after a poor experience with another State Farm agent. Unfortunately, my experience with Jamie who I believe is his assistant has proven to be another bad decision. I’ve given his office one star because although Jamie was responsive when I first contacted his office; she has fallen quite short of everything else. For the last two weeks I’ve called to ensure my autopay amount would be accurately reflected. Her response has been “I’m watching it.” Today, a day before my payment is due; I called twice with no resolution and a promise from her that she will call me tomorrow since she’s been on the line with underwriting all day trying to update the payment amount. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this agent based on my experience with Jamie and will be looking for another agent. I’ve been with State Farm for decades and have never experienced this level of carelessness."

"I switched to state farm because I was quoted less than what I was already paying. After agreeing I was instantly charged more. Then this month I'm getting billed like 70 more than originally quoted. Both times when I reached out I was told it was for the same speeing ticket. The first time ok. The second time? No no. She states my driving record says it's a 3 pt ticket. And that's why it went up the first time. The second time they decided to up it because the ticket was written as a 4pt. Yeah because the cop lied about something and I fought it and it was drooped. That's exactly why it's not on my record. So I'm confused why they are basing my policy off of stuff that's not on my record. I may not know a lot about insurance. But I don't think thats how it's supposed to go. Don't go through these guys 🤷🏼‍♀️"
